Tributes paid to OAP after fatal collision
A GRIEVING family have paid tribute to a pensioner who died after being involved in a four-car crash on the M4.
Roy Amos passed away after he was involved in the collision, which happened in between junction 48 A4138 Pontarddulais Road (Hendy/ Llanelli) to junction 49 A48 (Pont Abraham Roundabout) at around 4.30pm on Monday, January 7.
The 81-year-old was from the Llandeilo area.
Several other people were taken to hospital following the crash, which saw the road closed until 6.45pm.
Mr Amos’s family have now issued a tribute to the pensioner.
They said: “Roy was a loving husband, father, grandfather and greatgrandfather, who will be sadly missed.”
Police are still appealing for any witnesses to this collision, in particular anyone who may have dash cam footage of the incident.
