THE APPRENTICE

Twelve remaining candidates enter the choppy waters of the fish business, hoping their team will be Lord Sugar’s catch of the day.

Last year Brits spent more than £4 billion on seafood, but can either of these business teams net any of the profit?

At the National Maritime Museum in Greenwich, Lord Sugar tasks them with catching fish in Cornwall to sell at a farmers’ market, and also selling fish to a major corporate client.

It’s fair to say that some of the candidates are fish out of water as they wrangle over pollack and crab and whether rocket is worth it as a pricey garnish for punters.

Highlights include Karren Brady, above, holding her head in her hands in despair, as usual.
