NEATH PORT TALBOT COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL CYNGOR BWRDEISTRE­F SIROL CASTELL-NEDD PORT TALBOT (FOOTPATH 128 PORT TALBOT AND ADJOINING PUBLIC ROAD) (TEMPORARY FOOTPATH AND ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2022

NOTICE is hereby given that Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended). The effect of the Order will be to temporaril­y prohibit all traffic from proceeding along the lengths of public footpath and road set out in the Schedule below whilst the Order is in force. During such periods as are indicated by traffic signs informing the public that the public footpath and road are closed. The Order is necessary to enable replacemen­t works to water mains to be carried out. The Order will come into force on 1st February 2022 and shall continue in force for a period of 6 months or until the works are completed, whichever is the sooner.

SCHEDULE

Footpath 128 Port Talbot

That length of Footpath 128 Port Talbot commencing at point C (Grid Ref. 27719 19206) and proceeding in a generally south south westerly direction to point D (Grid Ref. 27718 19205) then proceeding in a generally south easterly direction to point E (Grid Ref. 27720 19204) then proceeding in a generally easterly direction to point F (Grid Ref. 27721 19204) then proceeding in a generally south easterly direction to point G (Grid Ref. 27744 19188) then proceeding in a generally south south easterly direction to point H (Grid Ref. 2774 19181) a total distance of 400 metres or thereabout­s.

Section of Public Highway

That length of Public Highway commencing at point A (Grid Ref. 27721 19209) and proceeding in a generally south south westerly direction to point B (Grid Ref. 27720 19207) then proceeding in a generally south westerly direction to point C (Grid Ref. 27719 19206) a total distance of 40 metres or thereabout­s.
