Eurobeat will capture your vision

-

EUROBEAT is a performance experience like no other. It’s an interactive party atmosphere as soon as you come into the theatre.

Even if Eurovision is not your usual viewing choice, you’ll still love the send-up of all the clichés, costumes, pasted-on smiles and cultural stereotypes that are part of the competition.

If you love the event, then you’ll be immersed in the whole razzle dazzle of the production, realising it’s all just a great night out with sequins on!

You will be whisked across Europe to Sarajevo where you will be greeted by hosts, Boyka and Sergei. They will take you on a spectacular journey where 10 countries will compete for your votes to be crowned Eurovision champions.

Once the 10 competing countries have performed, you will see the votes coming in from the various international judges. After that you will vote for your favourite act. It’s the audience votes that decide the winner. Every evening may have a different winner!

Make boredom history, welcome to Eurobeat! The production team for this new show include Stephen Hughes- Alty, back as director after taking one of the lead roles in Little Shop of Horrors, award winning choreographer Jackie Morris, back again from her acclaimed work in The Producers and the talented Sarah Nicholson as vocal tutor.

For more information visit the society’s website at www.southportspotlights.co.uk or you can phone the secretary, Elaine Cox, on 07976 977 058.
