A lovely bunch of roses Girls gather at ballroom for beauty contest finals
MISS English Rose 2018 Finals were held in Southport, over 60 girls of all ages headed to the Miss English Rose Finals at The Prince of Wales Ballroom in Southport.
The famous Miss English Rose competition which has been going since 1951 and this year there were five ages section – Little (5-10), Junior (11-15), Teen (16-19), Miss (20-35) and Elegance 28 and above.
Little Miss English Rose was won by Isla Ambrose from Liverpool.
Whilst, Junior Miss English Rose was won by Katie Ampleford from Hartlepool.
The Miss Teen English Rose was won by Nina Fahy from Liverpool and the Miss English Rose was won by Paige Aitken from Birmingham.
Margaret Nolan from Richmond, Surrey, won the Miss English Rose Elegance.
All the winners now qualify for the Miss British Isles Finals, which will be held in Chester in May 2019.
Prizes for the girls include a modelling/fashion shoot and make up and fantastic portfolios.
They winners will also be ambassadors for children’s community organisation ‘Days out for Kidz’.
