THE Southport Lyric Singers would like to thank all those who supported their concert in June which raised
£500 for Ssafa (the Armed Forces Charity).
Choir members are now busy rehearsing for their usual Christmas Concert in aid of Queenscourt Hospice.
It will take place on Friday, December 7, at
All Saints Church Hall, Park Road, at 7.30pm.
The concert is being promoted by the Hospice Central Support Group, who have kept ticket prices at £5, including refreshments, so bring extra money for the raffle or to make an extra donation.
The Lyrics are a mixed voice choir who pride themselves on singing in harmony.
They are keen to recruit new members.
