THE trustees of Community Link Foundation are reflecting on the past year. This year has been a successful one for Community Link Foundation with support continuing to grow and some great events being held to raise money for us.

We are looking forward to 2019 and to the new opportunities that it will bring for fundraising, and for helping more and more people living within the communities we cover.

We are now looking forward to the New Year and being in a position to give out grants to people and groups in the area.

We are keen to hear from anyone who is looking to hold any fundraising events in 2019 and we will be able to offer our support with the planning.

We are very grateful to Bistrot Pierre Southport who have chosen Community Link Foundation as the charity that they will be supporting for 2019.

We are looking forward to working with them and we are very grateful to all the people who nominated us to benefit from this partnership.

Enda Rylands, chairman of Community Link Foundation, said: “2018 has been a successful year for us and we have been able to give out grants to some very deserving applicants.

“We are looking forward to some great events in the coming year and are hoping to be able to help even more people and organisations.

“We are only able to award grants due to the support of people holding events and fundraising for us and we are very grateful to people who are including us in their plans for the year ahead.

“We would like to encourage anyone who is in need of funding, to get in touch with us and we will see if we can help.”
