What’s On

-

AFTER the smash hit success of The Scouse Nativity last year, the Royal Court Christmas gang are taking on another classic!

Like all of the Royal Court Christmas shows, this one is for the grown-ups, so leave the kids at home (unless you want them to learn a few new words).

Poor old Cinders has lost everything.

Her mum has gone, her dad, Baron Joe Hardupson, is being a berk and if that wasn’t bad enough she keeps setting things on fire.

Lil Redrowding is making a move on her dad and she’s a proper golddigger.

There’s only one thing for it.

She’ll go and see one of the Prince’s massive balls, pretend to be something she isn’t and get so drunk she loses a shoe.

This show is packed with gags and great live music!

There will be minging sisters, a wicked stepmother and a performance of the 12 days of Christmas that will never be forgotten.

The Scouse Cinderella will run at Liverpool’s Royal Court until

January 19.

THE Ball of Fire comes to the Epstein Theatre, Liverpool, from Janury 17-18.

Experience the life and times of the great Alan Ball, beautifully played out through a dramatisation that recounts his early struggles on the road to becoming a professional footballer.

After playing the part of John Lennon, in Cilla the Musical, Michael Hawkins is back starring as Alan Ball.

Ex-Everton legend Ronny Goodlass poetically narrates the play tracing every step of Alan’s journey; performed by a talented cast that will keep you captivated throughout.

Intertwined with his private life, this play will touch your heart and soul.
