Revitalised Ainsdale is springing into life

AINSDALE in Southport is in contention with Britain In Bloom to be recognised as the Best Town In Britain if judging goes well - and it’s easy to see why!
Ainsdale is such a green, floral village now with an incredible sense of community spirit.
There are thousands of flowers, plants, shrubs, planters and decorations! Some of them are through the hard working volunteers of Ainsdale Village Bloomers.
Local traders though also make huge efforts to make their businesses look inviting. Ainsdale Civic Society has invested in beautiful lighting with Illumidex UK Ltd to ensure the village sparkles at night.
More improvements are being planned that local residents will love! Watch this space. The result? A village where lots of new local independent businesses have moved in to join some established favourites.
There are beautiful indie shops and salons; some quality places to eat; lovely places to sit out in the sunshine. Loads of choice. The latest is the newly refurbished former Champs pub which is looking really good and developing its new home cooked menu.
More new investment!
And another local business really keen to play its part in supporting the efforts of the village as a whole.
This hasn’t happened overnight. It’s taken a huge amount of hard work from a small army of people who never stop working to make
Ainsdale a better place for people of all ages to enjoy.
It looks and feels amazing with a real sense of community. Pop by and take a look some time. Those Britain In Bloom judges can’t fail to be impressed.
