While many New Year’s resolutions, such as eating healthier and exercising more, focus just on you, I’m planning to pledge something a little different for 2019.
Instead of changing aspects of my life that only affect me, I’m vowing to help others more through acts of kindness, forgiveness and thankfulness.
This way, not only will other people benefit, but it’s proven that those who show gratitude prosper too, so everyone’s a winner!
With that in mind, I’m planning on showing more patience, saying thank you more often, healing past hurts by forgiving and carrying out acts of kindness.
