No phone zone?

Do you turn your mobile phone off when you are shooting? I went out with a friend last week and he insisted that I turn mine off completely because he said it was a dangerous distraction. Peter says: I am a technology dinosaur, so have no difficulty ignoring calls if I am in a pigeon hide and the birds are decoying well. I certainly do not think they are a dangerous distraction, provided you do not try to answer a call and shoot at the same time. Paul and I tend to use radios to keep in touch with one another.
