Gamebird release review

Wild Justice has been granted permission by the High Court for a judicial review on the impact of the release of gamebirds on sites of high nature conservation value in the UK. Wild Justice and its lawyers welcomed the decision and the fact that the issue would get a hearing in court. The case is likely to be heard in the autumn. The major shooting groups, BASC, CA and the NGO are to join the Government in defending the case for release.
