Testy comment

I think the recent tactic of noting the value of the test gun in question on the front page is a little disingenuous. Would I be cynical in suggesting the intention may be to give the impression to the casual prospective customer that the gun is a giveaway?

The editor replies: Thanks for your email, David. We put the gun’s price on that panel so readers know if it’s within their budget. It clearly states ‘Tested’ on the top of the panel, so I do hope there isn’t any confusion.
