Hearing aid

I am quite hard of hearing and struggle with clay shooting especially. I have both Cens and Deben ear defenders, which help a little but not enough to be able to hold a conversation with someone. Do you know of any product that amplifies sound enough to help?

My hearing has probably been damaged over the years as a result of shooting and working in a noisy environment.
