Sporting Gun

Sporting chance of success

-

I’ve been shooting Sporting clays for a couple of years now and want to up my game so that I can compete with the best Shots out there. What do I need to do?

Tony says: It can take years of practice and experience to get to the higher levels of clay shooting. You need to travel to clay shoots all over the country to experience a wide variety of target presentations, different environments, light conditions, shooting with different people – the list is endless. Every time walking away with at least one more experience will help you. Any targets that you didn’t do so well on will be areas to train in before your next outing. You may need to look at areas other than just shooting targets – physical fitness and training, gunfit and balance, nutrition/diet and mental training – to get the whole package and edge over other competitors.
