I own two pieces of land on either side of a farm track. Am I allowed to shoot pigeons on one from the other using my air rifle?

David says: Not unless you have the permission, ideally in writing, of the owner of the track. It is a criminal offence to fire an airgun over a piece of land without the owner’s permission. If you did the same with a shotgun it would only constitute trespass, for which there is no criminal penalty.
