Ingredients
The breasts and thighs of one pheasant cut into chunks I sliced onion
1chopped red pepper
1 chopped yellow pepper 1 chopped aubergine
1 chopped courgette
1 tin of chopped tomatoes A handful of green olives
A couple of quartered preserved lemons
Half a cinnamon stick
A heaped teaspoon of cumin A good pinch of hot chilli flakes 1 or 2 heaped tablespoons of rose harissa
1 large tablespoon of honey Chicken stock – about half a pint Salt and pepper
Oil for frying
