I would like to thank the staff at the South Wales Police firearms department for their very fast turnaround of a one-for-one (same calibre) variation I applied for. I sent my application on 5 January and received it back a week later on 12 January.

I was more than happy and have to say that in all the 36 years I have dealt with the South Wales Police, I have always had the very best of service from them.
