Curves: ‘ I love the fun and camaraderie shared with members’
“I’ve always been pretty fit and active, although I have suffered for years with somewhat debilitating back and neck problems,” she said.
“In January 2016, I decided something had to be done to stop myself evolving into a couch po- tato.
“I knew I’d hate going to a ‘ traditional gym’ so I paid my first, hesitant, visit to Curves and was instantly hooked.
“In a short time the staff had become friends.
“They are quite simply amazing and I love the fun and camaraderie shared with other members.
“I also love the fact that we’re all shapes, sizes and ages – and I never come away without having had a really good laugh about something.”
Ruth added: “Coming to Curves is not a chore – and I’m generally there five or six times a week.
“I’ve lost inches and pounds but for me, it’s not all about numbers.
“Quite simply, I great; I feel energised.
“More importantly, I haven’t had to visit my osteopath for months and this is due, in no small measure, to the professionalism and attentiveness of the trainers at Curves.
“To sum up - I can’t recommend Curves highly enough.” feel
