SVR SECURES LOTTERY FUNDS

The Severn Valley Railway has secured a first round pass from the Heritage Lottery Fund in its bid to restore Falling Sands Viaduct. The railway is seeking £1 million to restore the seven-arch structure, and has been awarded £71,800 from the HLF to progress its plans to apply for a full grant.
