Aussie to battle Captain?

Brie Larson’s Captain Marvel may soon be about to have a bad guy to lock horns with as Ben Mendelsohn is reportedly in talks to act as the comic book adventure’s main antagonist.

The Australian (pictured, right), who starred in Rogue One, is likely to play the leader of shape-shifting alien race the Skrulls in the 2019 blockbuster.

Moving over to DC, and despite apparently being shelved from The Batman, Joe Manganiello could still suit up as masked assassin Deathstroke in a solo flick directed by The Raid’s Gareth Evans.
