OAP’s indecent photos of kids

A Cowie man has admitted charges of making and distributing indecent images of children.

Dav i d Hu t c h i s o n had made the ‘ pseudo photographs’ at his Dr Campbell Avenue home between October 2015 and June 2016. He had also distributed indecent images of children between May 2015 and June 2016.

The 71-year-old admitted two charges under the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 when he appeared at Stirling Sheriff Court last Wednesday.

Sheriff William Gilchrist deferred sentence on Hutchison until November 29 for a criminal justice social work report including a risk assessment.

He also placed Hutchison on the Sex Offenders’ Register meantime.
