Big sounds

Edinburgh band Adam Holmes and the Embers will be bringing their sound to the Tolbooth later this month.

They will showcase their upcoming third album Midnight Milk which is described as a widescreen affair with no sound off-limits.

And they will be joined by folk balladeer Rachel Sermanni and Jennifer Austin on piano.

The show is on Saturday November 11. Tickets £14.
