One O’Clock Gang Lunch club in the Miners Welfare Club, Mondays, 1pm. Cowie Miners Welfare will host Tightrope on Saturday night from 9.30pm. Entry is £1. New memberships for 2017/18 are now due. The Friday night Xmas show takes place on December 15. Tickets are £20, which includes a three-course meal and a cabaret.
