St Ninians Old Parish Church Service of Remembranc­e on Sunday at 10.30am conducted by Rev Gary McIntyre. Creche and Sunday Club. The two minutes’ silence will be observed in the church at 11am. A ‘get together’ to mark the 20th anniversar­y of Mr McIntyre’s induction as minister of the Church and Parish of St Ninians in the Parish Halls on Sunday, November 18 2-4pm. Tickets (£2.50) will be available on Sunday. Joint church friendship lunch in St Columba’s Church Hall on Monday, November 12, noon. Business committee meet on Tuesday, November 13 at 10am and the publicity committee will meet later on Tuesday at 7pm. The Tuesday Group will meet on November 13 at 7.30pm when David Smith will give a talk on Stirling during the Second World War. St Ninians UF Church Sunday service, 11am will be conducted by Rev Martin Keane. Children’s activities at the same time. Evening service, 7pm conducted by Mr Keane. On Tuesdays at 6.30pm XTB club for primary school kids followed at 7.30pm by Source for those in P7–S2.
