Family tech fest at Stirling IT hub

Stirling tech hub Code Base will hold a festivalat the start of next month.

Metafest, a free family-friendly event, takes place on Saturday December 1 between 10am and 5pm.

It will include workshops and exhibitions from all sectors of the tech world, including 3D printing, virtual reality, gaming, coding, holograms and animation workshops.

Barry McDonald from Codebase said: “Metafest will an exciting day for the whole family, regardless of their knowledge of technology.

“Most of the exhibits and activities are very accessible and are geared toward inspiring the next generation of tech and digital leaders.

“This will be a fun and inspiring event. ”
