Gart­more gig for Dun­can

Gart­more Vil­lage Hall plays host to The Dun­can McCrone Band on Satur­day, Novem­ber 10.

Dur­ing the sum­mer, Dun­can along with friend Cy Jack re­leased their Band of Gold al­bum fea­tur­ing six new songs from the duo, one re-imag­in­ing of their longestab­lished favourite‘The Surf and the Sil­ver Fishes’and six care­fully-cho­sen cov­ers.

The al­bum has been in­cred­i­bly well-re­ceived and is with­out doubt the strong­est re­lease so far.

And they’ll be play­ing a few of the tracks along with some other favourites on Satur­day.

Dun­can and Cy will be joined on stage by Jim Yule, Chris Stout and Fraser Speirs and the sup­port act are Aus­tralian duo Neil Adam and Judy Turner.
