Tony said: “The restaurant offers Italian food with Italian ingredients from very high standard, selected suppliers that have been in the trade for a long time.

“We have cheese, Parma ham, balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil imported in.

“And we exclusively use Aberdeen Angus beef which is 35 days aged, and only the most exclusive centre cuts with very fine marbling.

“We also have pasta produced and imported in from Italy - my favourite dish on the menu is the seafood spaghetti.”

Alan added: “For fish we have scallops, monkfish, calamari, turbot, sole and fresh lobster on the menu.

“And being a typical Italian steak house we do have pizza here as well.

“We strive to give the best service at very affordable prices for local people and holidaymakers to the area.

“This is authentic Italian food in the centre of Scotland, and visitors coming from abroad will have a good experience.”

Milano, which is decorated with Italian designs inside and offers a range of mouth-watering desserts, also includes a special two-course lunch menu every day available from 11am to 5pm priced at £9.95 for one course and £13.95 available seven days a week.
