Stirling Observer - - FRONT PAGE -

Dunblane Boys Brigade gathered 1.38 tons of donations for Start Up Stirling Food Bank.

Fifty BB boys were involved in unpacking, sorting, labelling, loading and transportation of the goods to the Start Up depot.

Donations came from across the community as well as churches carrying out a Reverse Advent Calendar.

Dunblane Boys Brigade will hold monthly collections at its meetings throughout this year.

Dunblane Boys Brigade officer Fraser Boyd said: “Thanks to everyone who donated goods or their time on the day and to the local primary schools, churches and businesses for helping spread the word.”
