8.30am - Event village and information point opens; 9.30am-noon - Simplyhealth Great Stirling Castle Run (morning session) with 9.30am Orange wave, 10am White wave, 10.30am Blue wave, 11am Green wave and 11.30 Pink wave. 10.25-11.30am Inter District races.

Noon-2.30pm - Simplyhealth Great Stirling Castle Run (afternoon session) with 12.30pm Orange wave, 1pm White wave and 1.30pm Blue wave.

12.15-12.45pm Senior and Junior Men’s and Women’s Scottish Inter District Races.

1.23 Great Stirling XCountry Women’s 6k; 1.55pm Great Stirling XCountry Men’s 8k; 2.35pm Great Stirling XCountry 4x1km relay.

The event will be broadcast live on BBC Sport and is free to spectate.
