It is part of a UK tour, in support of their new album Autumn of the World, and follows a US tour which took in Alaska and the Pacific North West.
The Resonant Rogues have been winning over audiences worldwide with their signature blend of string band music since 2013. Influenced by traditions from Appalachia, New Orleans, France, the Balkans, and beyond, the original songs speak to the heart with poetic lyrics, and appeal to the ears with stellar musicianship and arrangements.
The UK tour will feature old-time fiddle champion Kristen Harris and Daniel Iannucci on upright bass rounding out the core band of Keith J Smith on guitar and vocals, and Sparrow on accordion, banjo, and vocals. The Rogues live up to their name by defying expectation and genre.
Autumn of the World is the third album crafted by the Resonant Rogues at Echo Mountain Recording Studio, tucked into the mountains of western North Carolina.

Kristen Harris’fiddle brings an authentic mountain feel to the Country/Appalachian inspired tunes, while the violin stylings of Daisy Castro suits the Jazz Manouche and Balkan influence on‘Tramp’and ‘Zeus Faber’.
Eric Heveron-Smith (Postmodern Jukebox) holds the groove with thoughtful bass lines, while also contributing beautiful tenor harmonies and trombone. On drums is Mattick Frick, long-time friend and musical collaborator of the Rogues.
Guest Asheville musicians on the album include John James Tourville (The Deslondes) on pedal steel, Ben Hovey (Pitbull) on trumpet, Melissa Hyman (The Moon and You) on cello and vocal harmonies, and Cynthia McDermott on vocal harmonies.
