Electrical business makes smart move
Winners of Stirling and Falkirk’s ‘Best Tradesperson’ award, 1314 Electrical Services are a business right in the beating heart of Central Scotland.
When starting up the business they set out to build a brand that could be people’s go-to for any electrical needs including electrical installations, fire and security and networking.
However, it didn’t take former professional boxer, James Thomson (now managing director and owner of the business) long to notice the growth and demand for professionally installed smart homes.
He knew then that they absolutely had to be able to offer this to their clients.
This realisation led James to begin researching different smart home control systems.
He eventually decided on Loxone stating that they ‘stood out to us as the brand looked high-end’.

Fast forward a year and a half; they’ve carried out multiple smart home installations and now they’ve got their very own certified smart home showroom - which showcases lighting control, heating and ventilation, audio and video distribution, security features, automatic blinds, access control and CCTV.

Home Showroom at The Barn, Easter Greenyards Farm, Bannockburn will officially open its doors to the public giving you an opportunity to experience the possibilities for yourself.
