The church in King Street, opposite the Golden Lion Hotel, holds Sunday divine services at 6.30pm. Healing services in the Healing Sanctuary Tuesdays 7-8pm and on Saturdays and Mondays 11am-noon. HOLY TRINITY EPISCOPAL CHURCH

On Friday, November 22, Holy Communion will take place at 11am and on Sunday, Holy Communion will be at 8.30am followed by Sung Eucharist at 10.30am for Christ the King. November Fellowship Groups will meet today (Wednesday) at 10.30am at the Rectory and tomorrow (Thursday) at 7.15pm (note the earlier starting time) in the choir vestry. No need to sign up, just come along. This year’s Advent Study Groups will be reflecting on some of the great Advent Antiphons, featuring some of the Messianic titles which have become associated with Jesus in the Early Church. As in previous years, two groups will be held (Wednesdays at 10.30am on December 4, 11 and 18 and Thursdays at 8.15pm on December 5, 12 and 19). Sign-up sheets will be available from next week. Tots Cafe meets in the church hall every Monday at 10am. A volunteer co-ordinator for Tots Cafe is needed. This position would be ideal for someone looking for unpaid work to build up a record of work experience, or as a volunteer commitment. Contact the Rector on shaws1@talktalk.net.
