Two sessions of bingo on Sunday. Eyes down 8pm, jackpot £100 in second session. Entertainment on Saturday by Terry Moore. The hall is available for hire for free on Fridays.
ST NINIANS COMMUNITY CHURCH
The RE:Fresh Cafe re-opens on Friday, January 17. Sunday service is Christmas Agape Meal - Church around the dinner table - at 12.30pm in the Mayfield Centre. All welcome. There will be no service on Sunday, December 29.
ST NINIANS UF CHURCH
On Sunday an all age Christmas Service will be held at 11am and will be conducted by Rev Martin Keane. There will be no evening service. On Christmas Eve (Tuesday, December 24) a Carols by Candlelight service will held from 6.307.30pm. On Christmas Day (Wednesday) a short all-age service will be held at 11am.
BORESTONE PRIMARY
Enrolment for the 2020/21 school year which starts on August 19 will be Tuesday, January 14 from 9.30-11.30am; Wednesday, January 15 from 1.30-3.30pm and Thursday, January 16 from 9.3011.30am. All children who are five years old on or before August 19 must start their primary school education on that date and children who are five years old between August 19, 2020 and February 28, 2021 may also start. As part of the enrolment process please bring child’s birth certificate, child benefit award letter or tax credit award letter and either council tax letter or tenancy agreement.
ST NINIANS OLD PARISH CHURCH
There will be a service in Eccles Court today (Wednesday) at 2.30pm. St Ninians Primary School Christmas Service will be held in the church on Friday, December 20 at 10am. The Christmas Family Service with the Nativity will be on Sunday at 10.30am and will be conducted by Rev Gary McIntyre. There will be seasonal refreshments in the Parish Halls following the service. All welcome. There will be a service on Christmas Eve at 11.30pm. All welcome.
