Actrive Stirling has launched its full programme of the Holiday Club at The PEAK for 2020.

The club for ages five-15 years and takes place every school holiday - February, Easter, Summer and October holidays when children can choose their favourite sport/ activity or something new.

From recent customer feedback, Active Stirling has extended the club’s hours with an earlier drop off time 8.15am with the option to add on a new After Club with a later pick up time of 4.30-5.30pm each day.

There is also a pre-school Holiday Club for children age six months to five years which includes fun activities such as bouncing beans, jumping beans and gymnastic classes and this will take place during Easter and Summer school holidays.

Meanwhile for gym-goers Active Stirling has launched some gym and fitness offers and a brand new 12-week online training programme PEAK FIT COACH for new and existing customers.

The programme is designed to help change your body shape and give you the results you want. Sign up to the online app and you’ll have unlimited access to more than 80 filmed exercises, along with coaching points and guidelines.

It consists of three stages of training, each stage lasting four weeks with new workouts at each stage plus a free one-toone technique session and a programme tracker to record your goals, check your progress and monitor your results.
