Banging ondoor isdenied
A Stirling woman has denied repeatedly banging on the door of a neighbour.
Lauren McConnachie, of Robertson Place, St Ninians, is accused of behaving in a threatening and abusive manner at an address there on February 16 this year.
The 60-year-old is said to have shouted and acted in an aggressive manner by repeatedly banging on a door and refusing to stop.
At Stirling Sheriff Court on Wednesday, Sheriff Alison Michie set the trial for June 16 and granted bail with special conditions that the accused does not enter her neighbour’s Robertson Place address or approach or contact, or attempt to approach or contact, the complainer.
An intermediate diet was set for May 31 when McConnachie was excused attendance.
