ABERFOYLE WALK IN THE PARK

PARISH CHURCH

CHURCH

This Sunday at 11.15am the service will be taken by The Worship Group. Tea/ coffee will be served after the service. It is recommende­d that a lateral flow test is taken before coming which must show a negative result and bring a mask. This also applies any person attending the church buildings. CHURCH

Today (Friday), Buchlyvie Blether, soup and other nibbles, will be held in the Session Room from 12.30pm. Sunday, March 27 worship at 11.15am, led by Rev Lesley Stanley who will also lead the evening service at 6pm. The church will be open from 5pm for anyone wishing to have a period of reflection or prayer before the service. On March 30 the Wednesday Group will meet in the Session Room at 10.30am. On Thursday, March 31 there will be a meeting of the Bible Study Group in the evening. All are welcome to these meetings. Please observe any Covid guidance as required.

Buchlyvie Church will be open from 5pm for personal prayer for Ukraine followed by a short reflective service at 6pm. On Sunday the theme of the service will be about Jesus, a man of power and how He used that power to heal the sick in mind and in body. KIPPEN CHURCH

It is planned that Rev Ellen Larson Davidson will lead the service in Kippen Church this Sunday at 11.15am. (Please remember to move clocks one hour forward). Please take a lateral flow test before attending church. It will be necessary to wear a mask during the service, to use hand sanitiser on entry and exit. Updates of interest can always be found on Facebook ‘Kippen and Norrieston Parish Churches of Scotland.’ Access also via Google. In accordance with Church of Scotland advice, in the meantime the church will be closed and alarmed every day, including weekends.

LENTEN WALKS

The fourth of the Lenten Walks will begin from Kippen Church, Fore Road, at 10am tomorrow (Saturday). Tea/coffee and wrapped biscuits will be provided in the Church House at the end of the walk. On April 2, the walk will begin at Buchlyvie Parish Church.
