He said:“after everything we’ve been through in the past couple of years, the Scottish Liberal Democrats offer new hope.
“We demand the reversal of the £250 million council funding cut by the Snp/green government.
“We must promote improved public transport, let’s scrap the SNP’S 3.8 per cent rail fare rise.
“To deal with the cost-of-living crisis let’s insulate every home, to reduce energy consumption, carbon footprint and bills.
“The brown bin poll tax must be scrapped, it is unfair and discourages recycling.
“Children’s education needs support to recover from Covid, but worryingly, many Stirling schools haven’t been inspected in over a decade.
“Stirling Council must restore our city centre, to encourage both shopping and leisure experiences and give us a vibrant city centre.”
