Two charged over graffiti

-

A pair of teens have been charged in connection with allegedly daubing sectarian slogans at two separate locations in Dunblane on the day of the Old Firm game.

The two males, aged 14 and 15, were traced after being observed spray painting a utilities unit on Cockburn Avenue on Sunday evening.

A linked vandalism on the footbridge – over the railway at Laighhills public park – was also reported.

Both incidents are described as being“similar in content”.

It’s understood that sectarian messages were left at both locations.

The pair have been reported to the children’s panel.
