Scott Farmer - SNP

Scott Farmer - Stirling West Scott Farmer has been a Stirling councillor since 2006 having been re-elected in 2007, 2012 and 2017 and was formerly a homeless person’s manager in Edinburgh.

As council leader he is proud of how the council and their partners came together during the pandemic in protecting businesses and the most vulnerable in our communities.

COVID recovery will be at the heart of everything Scott will do in creating business opportunities and building community resilience.

As part of Team SNP we will prioritise alleviating the Tory cost of living crisis and its impact on the most vulnerable.

Scott will work with the community to protect as much of the heritage and environmental splendour of the Gillies Hill.

He will work to effectively address the problem of anti-social behaviour in our parks and neighbourhoods.

And Scott is committed to promoting a just transition to net zero across our communities.
