Stuart studied at Stirling University and currently works in the public sector in a legal administration role. He lives in the Bannockburn ward. Graduating during the pandemic in 2020 with a 1st Class degree in BA Business Law, Stuart can fully appreciate how difficult it has been for young people to find employment and remain financially secure over the past few years.

This experience and having a keen interest in his area motivated him to stand at these elections.

Stuart believes the council has continually failed residents by hiking council tax rates, cutting essential services and failing to invest in the support people desperately need. He wants to see far better run council that concentrates on the important issues such as tackling anti-social behaviour, roads and pavements, and quality housing.

As well as restoring fortnightly bin collections, Stuart would also campaign for better bus services and fibre broadband.
