STIRLING EAST

Bryan was born in Stirling and before being first elected in 2017, served as a Submarine Officer in the Royal Navy.

As a local member for Stirling East, Bryan has worked hard to tackle anti-social behaviour, improve Stirling’s ageing road and pavement networks and ensuring enforcement of dog fouling and littering.

Alongside these local campaigns, he has served as the Armed Forces and Veterans’champion for the whole of Stirling and has helped members of this community with housing, employment and, in 2018, completed the Stirling Marathon to raise funds for SSAFA – the Armed Forces Charity.

Bryan has consistently fought for the cuts and charges to waste collections, imposed by the SNP and Labour councillors, to be reversed and has pledged to support any move to do so.

Bryan is a qualified pilot and lives in Stirling East with his wife, young daughter and their three dogs.
