Splashing the cash at duck race fundraiser

Parents of children from Killin Primary School held a sponsored duck race on the River Lochay on Saturday.

The event was organised to raise funds for Primary Seven youngsters prior to them starting high school.

There were 600 ducks taking part with a duck sponsored by J Allen romping home first with Pauline Craig second and Neil Campbell third.

The duck race raised an incredible £1455. The organisers would like to thank all those who gave so generously.
