Police are appealing for informatio­n after a man was reported missing from his Tullibody home.

Kenneth Wessels, 61, left an address on Newbiggin Crescent, Tullibody, at around 4.45am on Wednesday, May 4.

Officer have now establishe­d that Kenneth then drove his a black Toyota Yaris car – registrati­on number SF14 DCT – to Carsebridg­e Road in Alloa.

There was a further sighting of the 61-yearold in the Gartmorn Dam area of Alloa later in the afternoon of

Wednesday.

Following investigat­ions, a reported sighting of

Kenneth at Tullibody

Health Centre has been ruled out.

It is understood

Kenneth has links to

Brighton, The Falkland

Isles, St Andrews and

Aberdeen.

Kenneth is described as white, 6 feet tall, of medium build, clean shaven with short grey hair.

He was wearing a yellow long sleeved highvis jacket, blue jeans and was carrying a dark coloured rucksack.

Inspector Andrew Angus said: “I would like to thank everyone who has helped so far in our efforts to trace Kenneth.

“Unfortunat­ely, following enquiries we’ve concluded the sighting at Tullibody Health Centre was not Kenneth and the search for him is ongoing.

“I would urge anyone who thinks they may have seen Kenneth or has any informatio­n about his whereabout­s to contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting reference 1083 of May 4, 2022.”
