THE following people have appeared before Stockport magistrate­s:

DOUGLAS PAUL WARD, 47, of Grenville Street, Edgeley, admitted two counts of entering as a trespasser to steal and one of theft. Five months jail, £414 compensati­on.

REECE LEE PAUL ABERNETHY, 20, of Northway, Brinningto­n, pleaded guilty to unlawfully detaining a child. Community punishment order with 60 hours of unpaid work, restrainin­g order, £85 costs.

KEITH WADE, 59, of Tennyson Road, Reddish, admitted assault. Twelve-month conditiona­l discharge, £85 costs.

ROBERT JOHN BROWN, 66, of Wellington Road, central Stockport, pleaded guilty to harassment. Community punishment order with an activity requiremen­t, restrainin­g order, £40 fine, £85 costs.

SHAUN HODKINSON, 24, of Garners Lane, Adswood, admitted harassment. Community punishment order with 100 hours of unpaid work, restrainin­g order, £250 costs.

DAVID RAFE JENKINS, 42, of Hall Street, Offerton, pleaded guilty to assault, criminal damage and harassment. Four months’ jail, £500 compensati­on, restrainin­g order.

SAMUEL THOMAS JACKSON, 28, of Brindale Road, Brinningto­n, pleaded guilty to theft. Twelve-month conditiona­l discharge, £35 costs.

DARREN JOHNSON, 54, of Underhill, Romiley, pleaded guilty to drinkdrivi­ng. Fined £100, 20 month driving ban, £85 costs.

MICHAEL ANDREW WHITEHEAD, 31, of Bexhill Road, Adswood, admitted breaching a football banning order. Fined £150, £85 costs.

IDRIS AHMED, 18, of Borrowdale Avenue, Gatley, pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis – a class B drug. Fined £55, £85 costs.

MICHELLE BURKE, 31, of Wellington Road North, Heaton Norris, admitted drunk and disorderly and criminal damage. Twelve-month conditiona­l discharge.

ANGELA FERGUSON, 45, of Millbrook Towers, central Stockport, pleaded guilty to the possession of a class A drug and possession of a class B drug. Fined £150.

ADAM JOHN WASHBROOK, 35, of Sandpiper Drive, Bridgehall, admitted drink-driving. Fined £40, 16 month driving ban, £85 costs.
