Chance to see into the future

-

STOCKPORT Breakfast Club celebrates its 30th anniversary this year.

To mark the occasion, our guest speaker next month will be applied futurist, Tom Cheesewright.

As well as hopefully telling us what the next 30 years will bring, Tom will show us how he helps organisations to see, share and respond to a coherent vision of tomorrow.

Prior to establishing applied futurism practice with his Book of the Future, Tom spent 14 years in the tech industry, working with global brands such as BT, EE and IBM.

His clients now range from charities and public sector organisations to FTSE100 enterprises and global technology corporations.

Tom also acts as an advisor to a number of technology- driven start- ups and is a frequent presence on TV and radio, appearing across the BBC from the Breakfast sofa to Newsround and World Business Report, and as a regular contributor to 5live and Radio 4.

He has also shared his thoughts on the future with XFM, Kiss, Kerrang and Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch, and will now be sharing them with us.

As well as the usual fantastic networking opportunities at Breakfast Club, there will also be the chance for three companies to win a two- minute speaking slot at the next meeting.

The Breakfast Club will take place between 7.15am and 9am on Thursday, June 11, at the Alma Lodge Hotel, Buxton Road, Stockport.
