Sky’s the limit for top-rank air cadet
A TEENAGER from Stockport is celebrating after reaching new heights in his air cadet career.
Blake Noden, 18, from the 162 Squadron in Heaviley, has been promoted to the most senior rank in the Air Training Corps, Cadet Warrant Officer.
Blake said: “I am honoured to have been promoted to Cadet Warrant Officer and I will continue to strive to do my best in all that I do.”
The squadrons meet every Monday and Thursday night at their headquarters at Lockwood Fold, Buxton Road.
Members undertake activities such as RAF and competing the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award.
They can also gain qualifications and skills through the Air Cadets.
