It’s a miscellany of memories from stage and screen – past and present, devised and performed by Helen Fraser, star of films including Billy Liar and television series Bad Girls accompanied by Keith Monk.

Helen has been a professional actress for more than 50 years.

There was never any question about her going into the theatre, her ambitious stage mother sent her to a theatre school as a boarder at the age of nine.

She acquired her Equity card at the age of 15 in pantomime, and after two years at drama school, has worked consistently on TV.

Working with some of the biggest names in show business, she also shared some of the glamour of Hollywood with her Oscar-winning husband. Helen’s show,
