Your title deeds may have something to say about what you and your neighbours can and can’t use the driveway for. It could be they’ll stipulate that the drive is for ‘access only’ – in which case you’re legally entitled to prevent them parking cars there, if necessary by means of an injunction. However as with many of these cases diplomacy is your best solution.
