Free for first visit, then £50 a year to join. 7.45pm-9.30pm. Beginners Chen Tai Chi Class: The low impact routines of Chen Style Tai Chi stretch, strengthen and develop muscles and tendons. It was developed to co-ordinate the whole body, improving flexibility and joint strength, reducing stress and improving general fitness.
